【学术简介】
长期从事于凝聚态低温物理输运实验研究。利用微纳加工的手段制备低维纳米薄膜和器件,包括约瑟夫森结、超导量子干涉器件等等。利用门压、磁场、电场、微波等多维度调控手段研究薄膜器件中的新奇输运性质,包括非常规超导电性、拓扑超导、量子输运行为、超导二极管效应、非互易输运性质等等。
